TORNATI FORNI 1300W Top Heating Element for Pizza Oven

The 1300W 230V TORNATI FORNI top heating element is a replacement part designed for professional electric pizza ovens. It is particularly suitable for compatible TORNATI FORNI EUROPA-129 and EUROPA-69 models.

This heating element is installed in the upper part of the baking chamber. It provides the top heat required for consistent pizza baking.

With a power rating of 1300 W at 230 V, it helps the oven maintain the required temperature during service. It complements the heat generated by the lower heating element located beneath the oven deck.

The heating element has a total length of 950 mm. Its internal section measures 875 mm, while its width is 175 mm. The connections are Ø 1/4″.

Custom-made in France at ACRIVI’s request

Following the discontinuation of this heating element by the original manufacturer, ACRIVI commissioned the development and manufacture of a custom replacement heating element in France.

This initiative makes it possible to continue supplying a replacement solution for professionals using the relevant TORNATI FORNI pizza ovens.

The heating element was developed to reproduce the technical characteristics required to replace the original part. These include its dimensions, power rating, voltage and mounting configuration.

This French custom-made replacement helps extend the service life of professional pizza ovens even though the original spare part is no longer manufactured.

For pizzerias, restaurants and repair technicians, this offers an important advantage. A pizza oven that is still in good working condition does not need to be replaced simply because the original heating element is no longer available.

Top Heating Element for TORNATI FORNI Pizza Ovens

The top heating element is located in the upper section of the baking chamber. It distributes heat from above towards the pizza.

This heat plays an important role during baking. It helps cook the top of the pizza and ensures proper heating of the toppings and cheese.

The TORNATI FORNI 1300W top heating element therefore complements the heat generated by the lower element.

A balanced distribution of top and bottom heat contributes to more even baking results.

1300 W Power at 230 V

This heating element operates at 1300 W and 230 V.

It is suitable for professional pizza ovens using a heating element with the same electrical and mechanical specifications.

Before ordering, always compare the technical specifications with the heating element currently installed in your oven.

Two heating elements may look similar while having different power ratings, dimensions or connections.

Why Replace the Top Heating Element?

Heating elements in professional pizza ovens regularly operate at high temperatures.

They undergo numerous heating and cooling cycles. Over time, this can reduce their performance or cause complete failure.

A faulty top heating element can cause several problems:

• insufficient heat in the upper part of the oven;
• poorly baked pizza tops;
• slower cheese melting;
• longer heating times;
• uneven temperatures;
• reduced heating performance during service;
• imbalance between top and bottom heat.

Replacing the heating element can help restore normal oven performance.

Extend the Service Life of Your Pizza Oven

A failed heating element does not necessarily mean that the entire pizza oven must be replaced.

If the other components are working correctly, replacing only the heating element may be enough.

This targeted repair offers several benefits:

• continue using the existing pizza oven;
• reduce repair costs;
• restore top heat;
• extend the service life of the appliance;
• maintain baking performance;
• replace an original spare part that is no longer manufactured.

Ideal for Professional Catering Businesses

This heating element is intended for equipment used in professional catering environments.

It can be used in:

• pizzerias;
• restaurants;
• snack bars;
• hotels;

• food preparation facilities.

During service, a professional pizza oven may need to operate reliably for many hours.

A properly functioning top heating element helps maintain the required temperature and baking performance.
