Pizza Oven Probe and Thermostat

ACRIVI offers pizza oven probes and thermostats for replacing temperature control and measurement parts. These components play an important role in the proper operation of the oven.

The probe measures the temperature inside the oven. Then, the thermostat uses this information to control the heating, depending on the oven model.

Pizza Oven Thermostat

A thermostat helps set and maintain the required temperature. As a result, it helps keep the oven at a suitable temperature for cooking pizza.

Over time, a thermostat or probe may become faulty. In this case, the oven may have trouble reaching or maintaining the required temperature.

How to Choose the Right Part?

Before ordering, check the brand and model of your oven. Then, check the reference of the probe or thermostat.

Also check:

• the temperature range;
• the probe length;
• the connection type;
• the probe diameter;
• the thermostat reference;
• compatibility with your oven.

This way, you can choose the correct component for your equipment.
