Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 1 day of payment receipt. They are shipped via Chronopost or pallet transport with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items. The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.
