The GGF FR/108/9 electric pizza oven is designed for professional baking of up to 9 pizzas Ø 36 cm in a single chamber.
The main feature of the FR series is its fully refractory chamber. Refractory material is used both on the baking deck and on the internal chamber walls.
As a result, more refractory mass surrounds the baking area. The oven can therefore store heat and release it gradually during service. In addition, this design helps maintain a stable baking temperature.
With 13.2 kW power and a temperature range of 50 to 500°C, the GGF FR/108/9 is suitable for pizzerias, restaurants and other professional food-service businesses.
Fully refractory chamber for high thermal inertia
On GGF F-series ovens, refractory material is mainly concentrated on the baking deck.
The GGF FR/108/9, by contrast, features a fully refractory chamber, with refractory material on both the deck and the internal chamber walls.
This increases the thermal mass around the baking area. Therefore, the oven can store more heat and release it progressively during use.
In addition, the refractory-lined chamber helps maintain stable temperatures during service.
The FR series is therefore particularly suitable when high thermal inertia and increased refractory mass around the baking chamber are required.
Capacity: 9 pizzas Ø 36 cm
The baking chamber measures:
1080 × 1080 × H 140 mm
It can accommodate up to:
9 pizzas Ø 36 cm at the same time
The oven has one large baking chamber, providing a generous professional baking surface.
Refractory stone baking deck
The baking deck is made from refractory stone.
During preheating, the refractory material stores heat. It then transfers this heat directly to the base of the pizza during baking.
The FR series also uses refractory material on the internal chamber walls. Consequently, the thermal mass is greater than on the F series.
If the refractory stones need replacing, always check the exact oven model and the original deck configuration before ordering spare parts.
Temperature adjustable up to 500°C
The GGF FR/108/9 temperature can be adjusted from:
50 to 500°C
This allows the oven to be adapted to different pizza styles and dough recipes.
In addition, the temperature can be adjusted according to service requirements and production pace.

Electrical supply and installation
The standard electrical supply is:
230–400 V / 3 / 50 Hz
On request, the oven can also be supplied in:
230 V / 1 / 50 Hz
However, the total power is 13.2 kW. Therefore, before ordering, check that the electrical installation at the premises is suitable.
Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable regulations.
Before commissioning, check:
- the available voltage
- the required power supply type
- the available electrical capacity
- the required electrical protection
- that the connection follows the manufacturer’s instructions
GGF FR/108/9 or GGF F/108/9?
Both models can bake 9 pizzas Ø 36 cm. However, the chamber construction is different.
The GGF F/108/9 uses refractory material mainly on the baking deck.
The GGF FR/108/9, by contrast, has a fully refractory chamber, with refractory material on the deck and on the internal chamber walls.
As a result, the FR version has more thermal mass around the baking area and therefore offers higher thermal inertia.
The choice depends on the required chamber construction and the intended use.
Made to order
The GGF FR/108/9 is made to order.
The indicative production time is generally:
2–3 weeks after order and payment confirmation
However, this lead time may vary depending on component availability and the manufacturer’s production schedule.
Therefore, allow for the production lead time when planning installation.
Warranty
The oven is covered by a 12-month spare-parts warranty, subject to the applicable warranty conditions.
Normal wear parts are excluded, including:
- glass
- hinges
- seals
- bulbs
- refractory components
Labour, technical intervention and transport costs remain the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by applicable rules.
