The complete oven cooking surface measures approximately 910 × 900 mm and consists of 2 refractory stones:

• 1 smaller stone: 300 × 900 × 25 mm
• 1 larger stone: 610 × 900 × 25 mm

The two stones are installed side by side to cover the entire 910 × 900 mm cooking surface.

This product corresponds to the 300 × 900 × 25 mm stone, sold individually. If you wish to replace the entire oven deck, you will also need the 610 × 900 × 25 mm stone.

Thanks to its 25 mm thickness, the stone provides excellent heat retention and heat distribution. It promotes even baking and helps achieve a crispy pizza crust.
