The GGF FR/108/6 is a professional electric pizza oven designed to bake up to 6 pizzas Ø 36 cm. Its main feature is its fully refractory baking chamber.
Unlike the standard GGF F/108/6, which mainly features a refractory baking deck, the FR/108/6 incorporates refractory material on both the baking deck and the chamber walls.
As a result, more refractory mass surrounds the baking area. This design therefore promotes heat storage, gradual heat release and greater temperature stability during service.
With a 1080 × 720 × H 140 mm baking chamber, 9 kW of power and an adjustable temperature from 50 to 500°C, the FR/108/6 is particularly suitable for pizzerias and restaurants looking for a professional 6-pizza oven with high thermal inertia.
Fully refractory chamber for high thermal inertia
The fully refractory chamber is the key feature of the GGF FR/108/6.
The refractory material on the baking deck and chamber walls stores part of the heat during warm-up. It then releases this heat gradually during baking.
Thanks to this design, the oven provides:
- high heat storage
- high thermal inertia
- gradual heat release
- more stable temperatures during service
- baking that benefits from the heat stored in the refractory surfaces
This construction is one of the main differences between the GGF FR series and the standard GGF F series.
Capacity: 6 pizzas Ø 36 cm
The baking chamber measures:
1080 × 720 × H 140 mm
and can accommodate up to:
6 pizzas Ø 36 cm
Therefore, the FR/108/6 provides a large baking surface for pizzerias, restaurants and other professional foodservice businesses that need to bake several pizzas at the same time in a single chamber.
Baking deck with 3 refractory stones
The baking deck of the GGF FR/108/6 consists of:
3 refractory stones measuring 359 × 718 × 17 mm
During baking, these stones store heat and transfer it directly to the base of the pizzas.
In addition, the three stones are separate components. Therefore, if one stone is damaged, you can replace only the affected stone without replacing the entire baking deck.
The GGF refractory stone 359 × 718 × 17 mm is available separately from ACRIVI.
Temperature up to 500°C
The GGF FR/108/6 offers an adjustable temperature range of:
50 to 500°C
This wide range allows you to adjust the oven temperature to different baking requirements.
Furthermore, the refractory mass inside the chamber acts as an important heat reserve during service.

Electrical supply and installation
The GGF FR/108/6 comes as standard with the following electrical supply:
230–400 V / 3 / 50 Hz
However, the following configuration is also available on request:
230 V / 1 / 50 Hz
With a power rating of 9 kW, the oven requires a correctly sized electrical installation.
Therefore, a qualified professional should carry out the electrical connection and commissioning.
GGF FR/108/6 or GGF F/108/6?
Both models can bake up to 6 pizzas Ø 36 cm in a 1080 × 720 × H 140 mm chamber. In addition, both models have a power rating of 9 kW.
However, there is an important difference in the construction of the baking chamber.
The GGF F/108/6 mainly features a refractory baking deck.
The GGF FR/108/6, on the other hand, incorporates refractory material on both the baking deck and the chamber walls.
Thanks to this additional refractory mass, the FR/108/6 can store more heat around the baking area and release it gradually. As a result, it provides high thermal inertia.
Therefore, the FR/108/6 is particularly suitable for professionals looking for the thermal characteristics of a fully refractory chamber.
