GGF F/108/9 Professional Electric Pizza Oven – 9 Pizzas Ø 36 cm

The GGF F/108/9 is a professional electric pizza oven designed to bake up to 9 pizzas Ø 36 cm simultaneously.

Its large 1080 × 1080 × H 140 mm baking chamber, 13.2 kW power rating and adjustable temperature from 50 to 500°C make it suitable for pizzerias, restaurants and professional catering businesses requiring a high baking capacity in a single chamber.

The baking deck consists of 4 refractory stones measuring 359 × 718 × 17 mm and 1 refractory stone measuring 359 × 359 mm.

Refractory Stone Baking Deck

The baking deck of the GGF F/108/9 consists of:

4 refractory stones 359 × 718 × 17 mm
1 refractory stone 359 × 359 mm

Together, these elements form the baking surface of the chamber.

The refractory stones store heat and transfer it to the base of the pizzas during baking.

Replaceable Refractory Stones

Repeated heating and cooling cycles can gradually cause cracks, breakage or wear to refractory components.

As the deck consists of several separate elements, a damaged stone can be replaced individually without necessarily replacing the entire baking deck.

The genuine GGF refractory stone 359 × 718 × 17 mm is available separately from ACRIVI.
