Our gas ovens allow excellent cooking, comparable to that of wood-fired ovens. The range includes seven models, three designed for 30cm diameter pizzas and four others for 36cm diameter pizzas. The particular shape of the side deflectors inside the cooking chamber, made entirely of stainless steel, allows the heat to be directed towards the upper part of the cooking chamber, to then return it to the cooking area.

G6 / 72 gas pizza oven for 6 x 36 cm pizzas

Our gas ovens allow excellent cooking, comparable to that of wood-fired ovens. The range includes seven models, three designed for 30cm diameter pizzas and four others for 36cm diameter pizzas. The particular shape of the side deflectors inside the cooking chamber, made entirely of stainless steel, allows the heat to be directed towards the upper part of the cooking chamber, to then return it to the cooking area. Independent regulation of the intensity of the sky flame and the refractory plane, temperature regulation with digital thermoregulator. All our ovens are certified annually and undergo rigorous control tests.
