Description

358 × 716 × 19 mm refractory stone for professional CUPPONE pizza ovens, designed to replace a broken, cracked or worn refractory deck element.

This size is used in various electric and gas CUPPONE pizza ovens. Measuring 358 mm wide, 716 mm long and 19 mm thick, it allows an individual damaged refractory element to be replaced when the rest of the oven deck remains in good condition.

CUPPONE 358x716x19 mm refractory stone

The refractory stone forms the baking surface of the pizza oven. It stores heat as the oven reaches temperature and then distributes it through the deck to support consistent pizza baking.

This stone supplied by ACRIVI measures 358 × 716 × 19 mm. Its total thickness of 19 mm may also be specified in technical documentation as 16+3 mm.

It is suitable for various professional CUPPONE pizza ovens, depending on the model and oven chamber configuration.

Compatibility with CUPPONE pizza ovens

This 358 × 716 × 19 mm refractory stone is used in various professional CUPPONE pizza ovens.

Depending on the oven model and generation, several refractory stones may be required to form the complete baking deck.

Before ordering, check the exact CUPPONE oven model, the dimensions of the existing stone and the arrangement of the refractory elements inside the baking chamber.

CUPPONE electric pizza ovens

The 358 × 716 mm format is used in various CUPPONE electric oven configurations, including models from the Michelangelo, Donatello, Raffaello, Tiziano and Base ranges, depending on the model and generation.

CUPPONE gas pizza ovens

The 358 × 716 × 19 mm stone is also compatible with certain CUPPONE gas pizza oven configurations.

As the refractory deck configuration can vary between models, always check the dimensions of the original stone before ordering.

19 mm thickness and 16+3 mm technical designation

ACRIVI lists the total thickness of this stone as 19 mm.

However, some technical spare-parts documentation may use the designation 16+3 mm.

For easier identification, ACRIVI therefore retains 19 mm as the main thickness specification, with 16+3 mm provided as additional technical information.

Check the dimensions before ordering

Check the following:

  1. Width: 358 mm
  2. Length: 716 mm
  3. Total thickness: 19 mm
  4. Exact CUPPONE oven model
  5. Number of stones forming the oven deck
  6. Arrangement of the stones inside the baking chamber

Replacing a cracked CUPPONE refractory stone

Repeated heating and cooling cycles can gradually weaken a refractory stone. Over time, cracks, breakage or significant wear may occur.

If the other deck elements remain in good condition, only the damaged stone can be replaced rather than replacing the complete refractory deck.

The 358 × 716 × 19 mm refractory stone is sold individually.

Installing the refractory stone

Allow the oven to cool completely and disconnect its power supply before carrying out any work.

Carefully remove the damaged stone, clean its seating area and position the new refractory element.

Although refractory stones are designed to withstand high temperatures, they remain sensitive to impact. Handle the stone carefully during unpacking and installation.
