Cuppone Firebrick

One of the main components of a pizza oven is the firebrick that makes up the oven floor. This floor helps maintain an even temperature across its surface. During cleaning or simply due to wear and tear, the bricks can crack and eventually break. Firebricks are fragile, but replacing them is possible and fairly easy to do—simply remove the old one and place the new firebrick in its place. 100% firebrick base for the Cuppone pizza oven, 308x616x19 mm.
