Refractory stone activestone pizzagroup

One of the main elements of a pizza oven is the refractory stone that makes up the hearth. This sole makes it possible to standardize the temperature on its surface. When cleaning the stone or simply by aging the stones crack and end up breaking. Refractory stones are fragile but their replacement is possible and quite easy to do, you just have to remove the old one and place the new stone in it. 100% refractory stone base for professional electric pizza oven PIZZAGROUP 350x1050x22 mm.
